The answer to: 'What's for Dinner?'    Weekly Menu Plans
The answer to: 'What do I buy?'    Weekly Shopping Lists

Thyme for Cooking

me My recipes use seasonal vegetables, fresh herbs in summer
and a wide variety of grains.  I rarely use prepared products.

My menus are designed to reduce waste, so there are no
bits of vegetable or partially used yogurt left in the fridge.

My philosophy is: Healthy Eating for a Healthy Life.
I don't believe in diets. I do believe in eating
well-prepared food in reasonable portions.

And for the curious: yes, I live in France.... But I'm American.
I use ingredients easily found in any supermarket - in the US, the UK or wherever....

Do you want to eat healthier meals?  More vegetables?  More whole grains?  Easy and delicious?

But no time to do the planning?  Find recipes? Organize the shopping? Let me do it for you.....
